Who we are

Global Property Mortgages is the international property finance brand of Citadel Mortgages, a fully licensed Canadian mortgage brokerage. We help Canadian and American buyers finance residential property in nine overseas markets: Italy, Spain, Portugal, France, Greece, the UAE, Australia, New Zealand and Mexico.

What we do

Each country has a small number of lenders that genuinely lend to non-resident North American buyers. We maintain those relationships, know which lender fits each profile, and coordinate the entire process — from pre-approval to local tax IDs (NIE, NIF, codice fiscale, AFM) to the final notary or land-registry signing.
